      Remove cylinder head, remove and inspect valves, guides, valve springs, Ultrasonically clean all parts, NEWEN CNC Valve job, modify cylinder head for methanol, Precision assemble, Set cam timing – NOTE: Stage 1 does not include spliting cases, rod inspection and bearing inspection. All Parts billed separately.<\/p>\n

      Complete disassemble, Ultrasonic clean all parts, Check Crankshaft trueness, Inspect cylinder bore (re-plate extra cost), Precision build lower-end, Verify all rod and main clearances-set to PR2 Micro Specification, Modify oiling system, Replace rod bolts and nuts, replace rods as required(extra$), Install Total Seal Ring set or OEM, Completely disassemble cylinder head, inspect all valve heights (replace seats billed separately), Inspect all valve guides (replacement extra $), NEWEN CNC Valve job, Precision assemble valves, verify seat pressures, Degree camshaft to PR2 Micro Specification, Shim head.<\/p>\n
